The cost for the first page designed is $300.00 US, as the initial design is the most difficult and time consuming task. Cost for each additional page is $25.00 - $100.00 depending on the amount of page content.

Some examples of common inner pages are: About Us, Contact Us, Testimonials, Articles, Products, Portfolio, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use or Disclaimer, FAQ's, Order, Resources, and Rates. Of course custom inner pages are also available to suit your needs.
Why we charge by the page for Web design and layout
Creating customized layout and graphics is a process that involves a high amount of artistic ability and creativity. The amount of time that it takes to design a new project can vary greatly depending on the knowledge the designer has about your industry, available resources, and even the creative mood of the designer. We charge by the page because it takes the guess work out of the final cost of the project - there are no surprises when you receive the final invoice and you pay a predefined amount regardless of the time the designer spends on the project. Most Web Designers charge anywhere from $75 - $125/an hour for their web design services.

It generally takes 30-60 days from start to finish to complete a web site, depending on the size. Less time if your copy (site text) is completed before the design begins.

- - Up to three initial rough drafts and unlimited drafts and revisions (up until final approval) of site design. By offering unlimited drafts and revisions, we can guarantee you will be thrilled with the final product. A final approval is required before we begin to add your content to the pages.

Costs not included in the page rate:
Mandatory Costs are domain name and hosting. Costs of each varies by provider. Neece’s Pieces is available to secure both for your site, and will add the cost to the estimate if you choose to have us register your domain for you and/or provide hosting. Please ask about the current cost of each if interested.

Optional Costs include stock photos you want included on the site and web site maintenance.
Photos liven up the site and give visual meaning to the words. We carry a wide variety of royalty-free photos, however, if you require photos that are not in our collection, then you will be required to purchase these photos separately.
We can perform web site maintenance for your web site for $25.00/hour. We don’t require any contracts and we don’t require a one-hour minimum. You are billed in real time, so if it only takes us 15 minutes to make your changes, you are only charged for 15 minutes of time. We can add, remove or change text, add articles, reports, ebooks or links to existing pages, add logos, photographs or images. Maintenance services apply to changes to your existing design. Maintenance does not apply to redesigning an entire page or site. Maintenance packages available upon request.
